Stylish dining in Blenheim

Savvy Restaurant & Bar is located off the main hotel lobby of Scenic Hotel Marlborough and offers a full a la carte menu, including children’s menus. The Blenheim restaurant is fully licensed and offers a selection of local wines as well as a variety of wines from the other major wine growing areas in New Zealand. Patrons not staying at hotel are also welcome. Savvy was formerly known as Mondrians Restaurant & Bar. Enjoy your meal in Savvy Restaurant or order room service during the dining restaurant opening hours and we can bring this to your room.

Please note that there may be times when we cannot offer the full a la carte menu at dinner time due to staff shortages. In such cases our room service menu will be available. You are welcome to contact the team at reception to enquire what is available. Please accept out apologies in advance if this is the case, and our appreciation for your understanding.

This season’s Home Grown Dishes have been created by our talented chef Marcel Ryda. Marcel has been part of the Scenic Family for 4 years, and wanted to showcase the delicate flavours of Otago Lamb, and incredible produce grown here in New Zealand.

Stuffed Zucchini – $28.00
Main | Vegetarian
Fresh zucchini filled with rice, capers, tomato and shallot then roasted with a parmesan crumble, served with butter-fried Puy lentils and a red capsicum sauce.

Provenance Lamb Shank – $34.00
Main | Gluten Free, Dairy Free
Central Otago lamb shank marinated with ginger, kaffir lime and green chilli then slow-cooked till perfectly tender. Served on a crispy coconut rice cake with Atjar pickles.
