All bookings must be made with a valid Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express accepted).
Full payment will be taken within 36 hours of making the booking. Bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Family Terms:
Up to two children aged 12 and under can stay free when they are using existing bedding in the room. Kids dine free with each paying adult.
Kids eat free excludes Christmas Day

Direct Rates are non-commissionable and intended for leisure travel.
Bookings are made on a standard room and rooms will be upgraded on arrival, subject to availability
Group Bookings:
Bookings for 5 rooms and/or more than 10 guests are considered Group bookings and are subject to our Group Booking Policy:
1. Free cancellation up until 30-days prior to arrival, any cancellations or modifications made within 30-days of arrival will incur a penalty of 1-nights accommodation charges for each room booked.
2. Full payment will be take 30-days prior to arrival.
